A short list of
my work
as a computer programming specialist for
BioInformatics include:
Rebuilding
and maintaining The Great Lakes/New England
Clinical-Epidemiological Center website; Redesigning the
Polyps Prevention Study Group website, and assisting with data
analysis for the Calcium Study; Design, programming and
implementation of The State Cancer Registry website and
related database; Design, programming, implementation and
maintenance of NOBACCO website and related database; The Spine
Center Reports database; Design, programming, implementation
and maintenance of the BioInformatics User Support website and
related databases; The Tanzania Project website and database;
The Renal Transplant project website; the ERADAR database;
design, programming and implementation of
the Bio-Epi
website.
I also designed, programmed, implemented and
provided support for one of the Colorectal Cancer Family
Registry databases, The Risk Factor Questionnaire database,
the biggest one I ever wrote. The database has almost 1,600
fields featuring complex data entry checks on completeness,
skip patterns and ranges.
